How Autofy pricing works

Autofy is built on top of Relay, the personal AI platform. Every Autofy user is also a Relay user. Each team member needs a Relay AI seat ($100 / user / month) as the AI foundation.

Autofy has no fixed monthly platform fee for merchants. You pay a revenue share on Autofy-attributed sales, with rates that improve as you grow. Service businesses pay a flat $25 / seat / month Autofy platform fee from Silver tier onwards. Every user needs a Relay AI seat as the AI foundation.

    Tiers are reviewed on the last day of each month. If revenue dips below your tier threshold, your rate moves to the appropriate tier and is billed on the 5th of the following month.

    Pricing FAQ

    Only sales from the ecommerce channels you link to Autofy (Shopify, Amazon, eBay, WooCommerce, etc.) count toward connected revenue. Offline sales, direct website sales not connected to Autofy, and any other revenue are not included. Tiers are based strictly on Autofy-attributed ecommerce.
    Yes. A Relay AI seat ($100 / user / month) is the AI foundation that powers each user's personal assistant and access to Autofy. Your company can subsidize between 10% and 100% of the cost. Many companies promote it as a team benefit for talent attraction and retention.
    Yes. All plans come with a 14-day free trial — no credit card required. The Bronze tier has no fixed platform fee, so you can stay on it without ongoing Autofy fees. You pay only your Relay AI seats and any ecommerce connections or add-ons you choose.
    If revenue dips, your rate stays based on the last 3 months — or we can review your rate together. Our goal is fairness. Tiers adjust automatically on the next monthly recalculation. You can also upgrade or downgrade anytime. Your data, AI context, and settings are never affected by a tier change.
    Yes. Billing is monthly and you can cancel at any time. Your data is exportable at any point. After cancellation, a 90-day grace period applies before any archival. That gives you time to export everything at your pace.
    Your company admin sets a subsidy percentage (10–100%) that the company covers toward each user's $100 / month Relay AI seat. Users see exactly how much the company covers and how much they pay personally. The company subsidy appears on the monthly invoice. Admins and HR leads can adjust the percentage at any time.
    A Relay AI seat provides long-term memory retention of 3 years minimum for active users. Memories are retained for as long as the seat is active. If you cancel, memories are archived (not deleted) and remain retrievable if you resubscribe within the 90-day grace period.
    Your tier is reviewed automatically on the last day of each month. If your Autofy-attributed revenue falls below your current tier's minimum, you move to the appropriate lower tier. Fees are recalculated and charged on the 5th of the following month. Merchants at Bronze with no ecommerce revenue in a given month are charged a minimum floor fee to cover infrastructure costs.
    Service businesses are tiered by the number of Relay AI seats used by your team, not by revenue. Bronze (1–4 seats) has no Autofy platform fee. From Silver (5+ seats), a flat $25 / seat / month Autofy platform fee applies on top of each user's Relay AI seat ($100 / user / month). Your tier updates automatically as your team grows. No action needed.
